BIRTH RITE: Every Citizen of Canada, America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, has the BIRTH RITE to use legal methods to change all government actions or laws, which they feel are wrong.

International Legal Stand to end all privileges Based on Race, Religion, and Culture through legal methods.
NOTE: When persons say they dislike or even hate other Races, Religions, and Cultures, this might not be true, when such persons look very closely at the entire situation.
FURTHER: What they will find, when given a chance, it is often the situation they dislike or hate, NOT other Races, Religions, and Cultures. The answer is to eliminate the situation through legal methods, by ending all Special Privileges Based on Race, Religion, and Culture.
PRESENT DAY: Special Privileges Based upon Race, Religion, and Culture are the result of a Cold War, 1946-1992, contest against the former Communist Soviet Union. During this time of the Cold War, Western nations intended to match every Left-Wing Communist Soviet Policy in order to influence world opinion, in order to prevent Third World Nations in Africa, Asia, and South America from being sold on Communism.
SOLUTION: Since 1992, the Cold War is over. The threat of Communist Soviet World Influence upon smaller nations is over and past history. Special Privileges Based upon Race, Religion, and Culture are no longer needed to prevent Soviet Communist World Domination. Just as guided nuclear missiles pointed at the former Soviet Union have been dismantled right after the Cold War ended in 1992, Special Privileges Based upon Race, Religion, and Culture should be dismantled through legal methods, because they are no longer needed to fight Soviet Union Communism.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Left-Wing Liberals, who dominate the British Labor Party, U.S. Democratic Party, the German SPD Poltitical Party, the Green Peace Political Party, and the Communists of Europe, either are too wealthy where they do not have to live in the sewer like situations which they create through Left-Wing Liberal Laws, which generate more power for them to stay on top, or they are persons who live to abuse the system, and contribute nothing. Legal Stand to create Freedom of Speech throughout Germany.
REMOVAL: This would include the legal right for the Germans to remove all Soviet War Monuments from Germany.
SYMBOLS: The Germans, just like in the United States, SHOULD be given the legal right to display all Symbols, including political Symbols currently banned in Germany, without legal penalty.

Legal Stand to halt further gun control in the United States.
PRESENT: Current laws forbidding the sale of weapons to felons should be enforced strictly, with strict background checks before each sale of a gun to a customer. Felons shall not possess nor own guns as described by present law.
NOTE: Criminals commit Crimes, guns do not. If guns are made illegal, then only criminals will have guns. There will never be enough tax resources to protect the homes of all citizens with enough police required to do the task. Every citizen must have the legal right to protect his home with a gun, if need be, from home invasion.
FURTHER: America and Canada have recent frontier heritages where when a household is attacked by Indians, the U.S. Cavalry, the Local Militia, the Canadian Mounties, or the closest neighbor who might be able to help, is more than a mile away, which leaves the individual land owner alone to defend his family, until help arrives.
FINAL: If the government gains the power to take away all guns from private citizens, other than small calibers, we will be entering a world of the feared police state, where only the government, and criminals, will possess real guns.

SUPERIORITY MYTH: When superiority is preached by any organization, it is often based upon the faults this group has found in other populations. When individuals begin to search for faults in other populations, these same persons will begin to find faults in themselves which cannot be corrected. IN ADDITION, other populations will search for faults in persons who have chosen the path of superiority. At this stage, this feeling of false superiority has evaporated in truth and in reality, leaving the person in a sense of false pride which can easily be shattered or exposed.
PERFECTION REALITY: Rather than searching for superiority in populations, and inferiority in other persons, reality dictates only procedures can be superior. A procedure in this description, is an art, a science, or a method of carrying out an objective. For example, medical science of today is superior to the medical science of 100 years ago, having vast experience in a valuable subject material is superior than not having this type of experience, and having an education is superior is than not having one etc. This is reality.
SUPERIORITY OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION: When persons from several different nations, with several different backgrounds, with several different types of talent, work together in a collective worldwide objective, this is far more superior to persons who sit in isolation and complain about the world, and do nothing legal to change it. In clear reality, international cooperation and international understanding between citizens from several nations, is superior.

N.I.M., The National Independents Movement, was founded in Bremerhaven and Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Germany during the week of April 20th, in the year 1989.
In the year 1992, N.I.M. became an international organization after setting up an external office in Westbrook, Maine, United States, in addition to offices in Germany.
During the 1990s, strict contact was maintained between Germany and the United States within N.I.M., through N.I.M. financed travels to and from Europe, with international communications, while N.I.M. operated legally in both nations.
During the year 1999, N.I.M. appeared on the www Internet for the first time, with the goal of demonstrating Legal Change through Legal Methods to be a concrete goal, and to explore many recent historical issues; in addition to, issues concerning centuries past.
