The Staffenberg Memorial, on Stauffenberg Strasse, Berlin, Germany, was visited by N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL on September 11, 2007.

Political Assassination was against U.S. Federal Law during World War Two; and, is against U.S. Federal Law in 2008.

Claus Von Stauffenberg was exicuted by firing squad, near this sign, for his role in attempting to kill Adolf Hitler, on July 21, 1944.

Civil War Would have broken out in Germany, if Adolf Hitler would have died on July 20, 1944.

The western allies would have been dealing with 20 or more German Leaders by May 1, 1945 instead of one: Karl Dönitz.

Further, Karl Dönitz, ensured the best German Technology, {Guided Missiles, Jets, etc}, went to the West, [U.S.-British], instead of to the Soviet Communists.

Even with the loss of most, or all major German cities by May of 1945, the war would have went on, with German special Waffen SS Commando units, basing themselves in several Alpine Mountain and vast Forest areas, who would have attacked occupation forces, possibly well into the 1960's, or even 1970's, without clear final resolution.

Countless more American G.I.'s might have been killed in Europe.

The PLÖTZENSEE Memorial, in Berlin, Germany, is the location where major plotters of the attempted assassination bomb July 20, 1944 plot, to kill Adolf Hitler were EXECUTED, by hanging.

On July 20, 1944, Claus von Stauffenberg was outside the entire Hitler Wolfschanze compound, when the bomb, he planted, exploded, making it IMPOSSIBLE to see inside.

After flying back to Berlin, Claus von Stauffenberg FALSELY, told General Fromm, "I, MYSELF SAW HITLER'S, {Dead}, BODY, BEING CARRIED OUT, {Of Wolfschanze}."**

Claus von Stauffenberg KNEW, this was a false statement, but LIED, in order to  influence others to follow his orders.

Countless Germans who grew up during the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's, had made trips into the forests of Germany, always often, coming back with numerous weapons and ammunitions, intended for such a HIT & RUN War.

 Karl Dönitz, appointed by Hitler on April 30, 1945, to be the LEGAL GERMAN PRESIDENT on May 1,  1945,  prevented this UNCONVENTIONAL WAR,  which could have taken place well beyond the year 1945, to present 21st Century times.

If Hitler would have died on July 20, 1944, there would have been NO LEGAL RECOGNIZED TRANSFER OF POWER TO Dönitz, and the war would have went on in Europe, for years beyond 1945.

As mentioned earlier, countless populations are alive today, because a kind man, Karl Dönitz,  as a military leader, German President, and German Grandfather, chose to do the right thing, to do the most good, for the largest number, with all options, which were left by May, 1945, to bring the most honorable end to World War Two.

Many Germans, even after the death of Adolf Hitler, had the resources, wanted to keep on fighting, but chose to obey Hitler's Legal Successor, Karl Dönitz, and stop the war.    Most Germans would have refused to obey Stauffenberg.
