N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., The National Independents Movement, is organized using Public Administration Methods and Sciences which have been proven to be effective in modern governments worldwide. A government is an organization with intended tasks and objectives. The most important part of an organization is each individual member.

1.1

Each individual N.I.M. Member, owns the National Independents Movement, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, and has an interest in the success of all N.I.M. objectives. Individuals will fight for organizations in which the goals of the organization will benefit themselves as individuals, as well as society in general.   

{N.I.M. does not own property, nor does N.I.M. possess finances.}

1.2

Successful Governments or Organizations rule on the consent of the governed. All Members of N.I.M. are individuals who already had similar objectives as N.I.M. before coming into contact with N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., The National Independents Movement.

1.3

Individuals are attracted to N.I.M. Membership Application and N.I.M. Officer Appointment due to having their personal beliefs reinforced by the objectives of N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., The National Independents Movement.

No organization can change the mind of an individual who is against its objectives. N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, The National Independents Movement's goal is not to change the opinion of populations, but rather, instead, to bring out what is already present within each individual. Any attempt to covert any individual to change a hard held opinion would be a waste of energy. Time is best spent attracting individuals to N.I.M. who have long held similar opinions to N.I.M. objectives.

N.I.M. objectives are clear, and well written, in order to demonstrate all N.I.M. goals to countless populations and to attract the correct members for N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, the National Independents Movement.

2.0

Successful governments conform to International Law. Successful organizations conform to the laws of each nation where the organization exists.

2.1

When an organization follows the laws of each nation it exists in, the organization then becomes an ally of each nation it exists within. As an ally of each nation the organization exists within, the organization's influence over each nation will grow faster with assistance of government.

2.2

The objective of N.I.M. will be to alter unwanted legislation through legal methods. N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., the National Independents Movement, will never violate the law. N.I.M. will never direct, suggest, influence, imply, nor order any party to violate the law.

{N.I.M. will never imply, state, suggest, publish, nor say directly, Law violation of any form, was a good or positive action to take}

3.0

Each Branch or subdivision of N.I.M. will behave like a government organization and a government agency.

3.1

Government Agencies and Government Organizations operate under a Standard Operating Procedure or S.O.P., which is flexible enough to adapt to any given situation.

A Standard Operating Procedure, S.O.P., demonstrates effective methods which are effective in specified situations.

3.2

Government Agencies and Government Organizations justify their actions by records or reports stating that each collective and individual action was within the limits set by policy. This policy is created by the objectives of the organization, the S.O.P., and the laws of society.

3.3

Laws in society are based on morality, at a specified time, and location. When morality in society changes due to the passage of time, the laws which reflect such morality or belief systems become out of date. Then legal methods need to be created to change specified out of date laws.

3.4

N.I.M. has the moral justification to change laws which are out of date, through legal methods, due to the change of belief systems in societies around the world.

3.5

The use of standard government S.O.P.'s, Policies, by N.I.M. within the limits set by law to change 'out of date' laws through legal methods, will make the task of a complementary value to government, rather than an act of rebellion.

3.6

Government will view N.I.M. as a familiar ally to work with for the common good of society, rather than a criminal organization which has to be dealt with by the Criminal Justice system because N.I.M. reflects the actions of government.

4.0

All N.I.M. Members and All N.I.M. Officers own N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., The National Independents Movement. N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers will benefit directly from the success of each N.I.M. Objective.   N.I.M. is a belief system which causes many wills to act as one, without the possession of property nor finances.

4.1

N.I.M. objectives reflect the personal belief systems of each N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer on how society should be regulated. Individuals believe in regulation which is of individual and collective benefit to themselves as citizens of a society.

4.2

N.I.M. contains members and officers which have similar belief systems. Persons who have similar belief systems, when brought together under a single banner within a collective organization, such as membership in N.I.M., more than often create legal advantages for each other in all areas of interest.

4.3

As N.I.M. grows, the political influence of N.I.M. grows bringing more strength in obtaining N.I.M. objectives through increased voting power. As the membership of N.I.M. increases, the opportunities of creating internal advantages in all areas of interest for all N.I.M. Members increases though increased connections to greater numbers of N.I.M. Members with increased external contacts to countless fields of interest in society. When N.I.M. increases in size, all N.I.M. Members benefit.

N.I.M. Members make N.I.M. Great. N.I.M. Officers are Great Leaders.

5.1

N.I.M. objectives, N.I.M. policies, N.I.M. by-laws, and N.I.M. S.O.P. are created in very general terms to complement legal common sense, rather than burden each N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer with non-common hard to comprehend information.

An N.I.M. SOP is created at a specified N.I.M. government {department} level in regards to methods used to operate within a specified situation, function, or task completion.

An N.I.M. SOP must remain legal by Law, N.I.M. By-Laws, and N.I.M. Policy.

An N.I.M. SOP must create the most effective methods to carryout an N.I.M. Object, N.I.M. Task, N.I.M. Goal, or N.I.M. Policy.

N.I.M. objectives, N.I.M. policies, N.I.M. by-laws, and N.I.M. S.O.P. make it very clear the direction N.I.M. is going while protecting the rights of each N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer.

5.3

Every N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer has the legal protection against unwarranted intrusion of privacy from a large organization such as N.I.M. which they are members of. Each N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer has the legal protection against unwarranted responsibility for the illegal actions of others. These rights are guaranteed through the N.I.M. By-Laws.

Individuals join organizations to be among persons with similar interests and similar belief systems. Individuals join organizations to complement their efforts through the strength which can only be found in a large growing organization. Individuals cannot believe in an organization which violates their privacy, increases social control, and creates legal problems for them.

N.I.M. is an international organization. Situations, political systems, and government systems differ around the world. N.I.M. objectives, N.I.M. policies, N.I.M. by-laws, and N.I.M. S.O.P. are written in very general terms allowing them to become very natural to all N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers worldwide.

The Central Theme of N.I.M. is that every N.I.M. Member and every N.I.M. Officer is important. Governments and organizations which realizes the single importance of each individual citizen or member are always successful. Individuals work very hard to assist organizations which recognizes their worth as individuals. The status of individual worth, remains very high throughout N.I.M.

5.6

N.I.M. is proud of, and supports the achievements of all N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers. Individuals become of a higher quality, and obtain a higher status through achievement. Individuals learn many lessons and increase their wisdom while struggling to achieve higher goals. Individuals become stronger through all efforts to reach higher levels of existence.

Achievements include university degrees, military awards, learning greater skills, completing important projects, courage during given situations, promotions, demonstrating talent during specified situations, awards for actions in a specified situation, and other goals or actions. Failure is only a lesson on how one can win next time, and is a situation which increases the status of the victory, once the obstacle has been overcome.

N.I.M. Officers are N.I.M. Members who have earned an N.I.M. Officer Appointment through merit, achievements, talent, and consistency. N.I.M. Officers lead by example. What an individual says remains important, but the vast majority will follow each leader's actions first, and listen to what each leader says second. N.I.M. Officers lead by the example they set; as seen in their actions.

There is a clear Division of Labor in Society. All positions, functions, offices, and roles are equally important in N.I.M.

6.1

All N.I.M. Members, All N.I.M. Officers and the functions they carryout within N.I.M. are equal in importance.

6.2

N.I.M. Offices are created when there is a need for a specified function within N.I.M.

6.3

N.I.M. Members are recognized for achievement. N.I.M. Officer Appointments are a clear result of achievement, consistency, merit, and talent.

6.4

N.I.M. Members have talents, skills, education, interests, and experiences which cause them to be best suited for specified positions. N.I.M. Members are assigned positions which they feel the greatest interest for, and where they can best achieve great heights in such a position.

7.0

N.I.M. does not generate nor own wealth. N.I.M. does not own property. N.I.M. does not sell goods nor services. N.I.M. does not rent nor lease items. N.I.M. does not charge fees nor dues. N.I.M. is not a public accommodation. N.I.M. does not receive government nor private funding. N.I.M. is not a business.

Keeping money out of the situation prevents internal conflicts within N.I.M.

Keeping money out of the situation prevents the possibility of corruption and crime within N.I.M.

7.3

Frauds are deterred from coming near, and from attempting to join N.I.M. when there are no funds {no money} to be target by Fraud.

N.I.M. remains outside of government regulation when there are no funds involved, in regards to government discrimination laws. In this respect, N.I.M. can legally, under present government laws discriminate on the basis of Race, Religion, and for other reasons because no funds are involved.

Current Government anti-discrimination laws only apply to organizations which charge fees, charge dues, sell or rent goods and services.

7.5

N.I.M. as an organization, cannot be sued for money and property, because N.I.M. as an organization, owns no money nor property.

7.6

N.I.M. will use property, goods, and services; but, N.I.M. will not own them. Where N.I.M. obtains property, goods, and services for use will remain legal and confidential.

7.7

When N.I.M. uses property, goods, and services, it will be done in a legal manner, allowing N.I.M. to exclude all non-invited persons.

7.8

N.I.M. will act in the best interests to benefit N.I.M. Members first, in a legal manner. N.I.M. is organized to benefit N.I.M. Members before other parties.

8.0

N.I.M. is also a political organization which is able to run candidates for public office. These candidates will run for office through other Political Parties or as independent candidates.  

8.1

N.I.M. must use all legal methods to influence the government where each N.I.M. organization is located.

8.2

N.I.M. has specified legislation which N.I.M. wants to change in specified nations around the world through legal methods.

8.3

N.I.M.'s political goals worldwide, will be to legally create the greatest good, for the greatest number of populations in each nation where N.I.M. exists.

9.0

N.I.M. as a Research Institution: In addition to many other countless legal ethical roles, N.I.M. will search for the truth, and record the truth through publications. These N.I.M. publications will include online articles, books, reports, and other means to record the truth.

9.1

Modern recent events, World War Two, The Middle Ages, and a general study of North Western European Civilization, is of high interest to N.I.M.

Ancient Times, and the study of North West European Descendants around the World are of great interest to N.I.M.

The traditions of North West European Descendants around the world are of a high interest to N.I.M.

10.0

N.I.M. as an organization, will adapt to the local customs of each country, state, and town where N.I.M. exists, causing N.I.M. to blend into each environment.

As N.I.M. adapts to each environment, N.I.M., all N.I.M. Officers, and all N.I.M. Members will remain true to all N.I.M. Concepts. These N.I.M. Concepts include all N.I.M. By-Laws, and All N.I.M. Objectives.

10.1

Just as a successful military division blends well into the environment, N.I.M. will blend well into each environment where N.I.M. exists. Just like in combat, soldiers who do not blend into the environment become easy targets for the enemy to kill.

10.2

N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers will lead normal lives, taking care of normal activities to earn a living, and be model citizens of the nations where they reside. Attracting unnecessary attention to themselves, will not serve the interests of N.I.M.

10.3

N.I.M. Members will work within reason to support N.I.M. objectives while remaining within the limits set by law, and taking care of individual responsibilities first. These individual responsibilities include career, living expenses, family, crime prevention, and other civic responsibilities.

N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers are normal persons, leading normal lives, with normal goals.

10.5

N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers while blending into each environment, remain persons which society can remain proud of, due to responsible actions.

11.0

Every N.I.M. Member and N.I.M. Officer is a Knight in modern times. Knight organizations in the past, held individuals to higher ideals. These higher ideals saved North West European Civilization from countless invasions from the Third World during centuries past.

11.1

N.I.M. Members and N.I.M. Officers will fight, with legal methods, under the same banner of the N.I.M. White Knight's Cross for victory.

11.2

The Weapons of N.I.M. Knights are the truth, consistency, and N.I.M. organizational unity; instead of, bullets, artillery, explosives, arrows, spears, projectiles, and the sword, which were used by Knight organizations during centuries past.

The Armor and Shield for the Knights of N.I.M. symbol, operate within the limits set by law, in each nation N.I.M. exists.

N.I.M. carries the Honor of past Knight Organizations into the new millennium. Like Knights during centuries past, N.I.M. Knights are well organized, stable, and able to inspire others to achieve greater heights.

N.I.M. is an elite organization. Every N.I.M. Member is a leader. Every N.I.M. Member has the capability of becoming an N.I.M. Officer. Once an individual becomes a member of N.I.M., one has the power to influence others from within the N.I.M. organization.

12.1

N.I.M. is a flexible organization, where while remaining true to N.I.M. Objectives, the direction of N.I.M. is influenced by N.I.M. Members.

13.0

N.I.M. Membership Applications are carefully screened. In addition to felons, criminals, Gay male homosexuals, and other parties who cannot join N.I.M., persons of wrongful intentions, cannot join N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M., The National Idependents Movement.

13.1

Frauds, who claim to be of similar beliefs, just to get close to N.I.M., in order to sell something to N.I.M. members, and then flee the scene after a sale has been made, cannot join N.I.M., nor attend N.I.M. functions.

Frauds of this type are sales persons, who in order to make a sale, will pretend to be something which they are not, just long enough to make the sale. Once the money is collected, each fraud will later claim that they did not believe in, what they said they believed in, before making the sale of junk, to one of the organization's members.

These Frauds will continue to hang around an organization, and pretend to support the organization's goals as long as they are making money off of the organization's members through the sale of their junk or by receiving charity { Free Items } from the organization's members. The moment the sales and charity { Free Items } stops, the fraud's claimed belief in the organization's goals will stop.

These Frauds often wait a while, until they think that their past has been forgotten or not noticed by other intended victims, then they will go back to making false claims about themselves, in order to make more sales, { collect Free Items }, until sales halt or Free Items halt.

13.2

Professional Victims cannot join N.I.M. nor attend N.I.M. functions. Professional Victims join organizations or go to the meetings of an organization, in order to claim that they were forced to do something that they did not want to do by members of the organization. These Professional Victims are very well practiced at these false claims of victimization. Gaining sympathy or attention is the motive.

Persons who have never achieved anything of importance in their lives, gain some form of twisted status through the sympathy and attention from claiming to be a victim of a large political organization. Suddenly, for the first time in their lives, persons want to hear what they have to say, because they have claimed to be a victim of a political organization.

Some Professional Victims believe that everyone lies as much as they do. They believe that the only way to obtain status is to lie. If they lie, they think that this will make them more important than others who are too stupid to see through their lies, {In their minds}. If they can harm a political organization, with the use of lies, this makes them feel a sense of increased self worth. Before becoming a Professional Victim, such persons never received any notice, nor appreciation. As a victim, they feel important, and feel that they are doing something important.

Frauds, in order to get back at the organization's members for not buying enough of their junk, or giving them enough Free Items, will claim that the organization is after them; claiming a false victim status.

Persons who most persons want nothing to do with, have a feeling of false importance, by falsely claiming that an organization wants them to join, "but they are too smart to join them." This goes one step further, when the professional victim claims falsely that an organization is trying to force them to join. Professional Victims will do almost anything to obtain a false feeling of importance.

Frauds and Professional Victims, once discovered, will be excluded from N.I.M. Membership and all N.I.M. functions. None of their schemes are new, and are easily seen through. N.I.M. will only grant N.I.M. Membership to worthy applicants. N.I.M. will only allow worthy persons to attend N.I.M. functions.

Above else, N.I.M. is an International Political Lobby, International fraternity, an international club, where like-minded persons can remain in contact while pursuing countless interests, creating solid friendships to last a life-time.

English is the international language of N.I.M., and High German "Hoch Deutsch" is the second language of N.I.M. worldwide.  

English is widely spoken worldwide as a business language. High German is widely spoken as a business language throughout Europe.

Anglo-Saxon "English" and Celtic "Scottish-Irish" Heritage, are also a cornerstone of N.I.M.

Italian and Spanish Heritage are important to N.I.M., as well.

N.I.M. Members are encouraged to remain in contact with other N.I.M. Members, and spread the word about N.I.M. through all legal methods.

N.I.M. will be planning various social functions in the future. N.I.M. is a great international organization to be a member of, if one enjoys a variety of interests, and wants to meet new friends from around the world with similar beliefs.
